Child Safety Standards

Our CSAE prevention standards

Last updated 14 August 2026

Zipplign has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out the standards we publish and enforce across the Zipplign app and website, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

Prohibited content and behaviour

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, real, animated or AI-generated.
  • Sexualisation of minors in videos, images, sounds, captions, comments or messages.
  • Grooming, sextortion, solicitation of minors, or attempting to move a minor to another platform for sexual purposes.
  • Trafficking, sexualised commentary about minors, or sharing links to CSAE material.

Accounts that post, request or facilitate this content are removed permanently, their content is deleted, and confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities.

Minimum age

Zipplign is for users aged 13 and above, or the higher minimum age required in your country. Accounts we determine to belong to underage users are removed.

Reporting

  • In-app: tap the share or options menu on any clip, comment, profile, live room or message and choose Report, then select the child safety reason.
  • Email: childsafety@zipplign.com — monitored for CSAE reports and law-enforcement requests.
  • Users can also block accounts instantly from any profile, clip or chat.

How we respond

  • Child safety reports are prioritised and reviewed ahead of all other report types.
  • Suspected content is removed and the account suspended while we review.
  • Confirmed CSAE is escalated to NCMEC and, where applicable, local law enforcement.
  • We preserve associated records as required to support investigations.
  • Reporters receive an outcome notification where contact details are available.

Prevention measures

  • Public uploads, comments and live rooms require a verified, authenticated account.
  • Reported media is quarantined from recommendation surfaces pending review.
  • Repeat offenders are permanently banned and blocked from re-registering.
  • Our moderation team is trained on CSAE identification and escalation procedures.
